Shipping Terms

Products can be shipped by the Company worldwide, at the destination indicated by the user in the order form.

Every jewel is handmade and produced in Greece, consequently, our stock is constantly replenished. If the complete order is in stock, the Company will make every effort to ship the products within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). If the order, or part of it, is not in stock, the Company will make every effort to ship the products within 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery time is depended on the courier and specific shipping destination. The maximum time limit for delivery may not exceed 30 days.

*The Company’s electronic store is connected with the shipping company so that transport costs are calculated automatically depending on the destination.

For orders above 75 € shipping to Greece is free.

In addition, customers can choose to pick up their order in person at our physical store during standard opening hours.

The Company is not responsible for any delay in fulfilment (including delivery) due to reasons that cannot be attributed to the Company or due to force majeure and as such is entitled to an extension of time for fulfilment. Force Majeure means any event that is outside the control sphere of the Company, that could not be predicted or prevented and results in the Company being unable to fulfill, in whole or in part, any of its obligations under the contract. If such events last more than one month, the contract may be terminated by any party without compensation.

In any event of delay in delivery beyond the agreed time, the user shall require the Company to make delivery within an additional period of time depending on the circumstances and only if the products are not delivered within that additional time limit shall the user be entitled to terminate the contract. The foregoing shall not apply where the delivery within the agreed deadline is significant, considering all the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract, or if the user has informed the Company, prior to the agreement of the contract, that the delivery is required to be made on or until a certain date. In such cases, if the Company fails to deliver the goods at the time it has agreed with the user, the consumer will be entitled to terminate the contract immediately. Upon termination of the contract, the Company will, without undue delay, refund any amount paid under the contract.

The ownership of the products is transferred after the full payment of the price. The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the user when he or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the products. However, the risk is transferred to the user upon delivery to a carrier if the user requested that the products be transported by a carrier of his choice and which was not offered by the Company (subject to the user's rights vis-à-vis that carrier).
